synopsis

My friend had just gone into the hospital, I know he is an intravenous heroine user. This addiction is not the reason that he is in the hospital. He is being treated with antibiotics, muscle relaxants and also has a tracheotomy tube to let him breathe.

He injected heroine through his arm. His tools were very dirty and nasty, but he kept doing the drugs. About a week after, my friend complained about pain and stiffness in the jaw, neck and also the abdomen. The next day, he started having muscle spasms and a tingling sensation where he used to inject the drug. The next morning he had a high fever, sweating, a rapid heart beat, and he also had trouble breathing.
